Dokumen-dokumen yang diperlukan untuk pengajuan PTNBH yang terdiri dari Dokumen Rencana Peraturan Pemerintah atau Dokumen Statuta, Dokumen Evaluasi Diri, Dokumen Rencana Pengembangan Jangka Panjang, dan Dokumen Rencana Peralihan. Dokuken yang telah dibuat dipresentasilan di Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan pada tanggal 16 Desember 2022.
